Leading a Learning Culture
An engaging discussion which leads us to ask......"How are you influencing, engaging and impacting your organisation's learning culture?"
Creating a learning culture is a key advantage point for organisations; building a mindset of lifelong learning and shaping leaders to view development as both a priority and an investment is critical to sustainable success. Too often learning and development initiatives are seen as an add on, or something that the ‘HR Group’ came up with; the opportunity is to ensure that learning and strategy go hand-in-hand. In this session, you will learn about what makes a Learning Culture, how to build it, and importantly, your role is supporting the achievement of strategy through the development of your people.
Light refreshments will be provided.
