Coaching on the Coast
As People Leaders we all know the benefits coaching can have on an individual and on a team. The primary purpose of coaching is performance improvement, but there are many organisational benefits.
A low-risk, cost-effective strategy for developing employee capability.
A means of attracting employees to the organisation, motivating employees and retaining high potential employees.
A learning and development technique that can be used to support employees and enable them to continuously learn new skills and knowledge.
Can assist in promoting organisational values and desired behaviours.
Enables employees to take on additional tasks and promotes an expectation of high performance.
Consolidation and reinforcement of training through coaching back in the workplace.
This is a joint session hosted by AHRI with the support of the International Coach Federation and European Mentoring and Coaching Council who will provide insights into coaching practice in Australia and on the Coast. Our panel of experts will share their perspectives on coaching, tips for building a coaching culture and their experiences implementing coaching in organisations based on the Coast.
