Belinda Hapgood has worked as a people management expert for nearly 20 years. She is a Workplace Relations Lawyer who is obsessed with understanding why humans behave the way that they do.
Belinda has worked with some of Australia's largest corporates, government agencies and not-for-profits. She likes to think of herself as a "tour guide" for her clients - pointing out the opportunities (and also the dangers) in managing diverse teams of people.
For a lawyer, what sets her apart from her peers is her investment in helping clients avoid the courtroom through proactive training and facilitated resolutions to complex workplace conflicts.
