She questions the 'why' and drives the change agenda to design contemporary and innovative solutions to create a seamless customer centric experience and continuously improve the ways Queensland Urban Utilities are acquiring talent.

Shanelle has over 20 years’ HR experience, 15 of which, she have been serving on senior leadership teams in Australian and Asia Pacific businesses across a range of industries.
Her proven consulting specialties include executive and career coaching, human resources consulting and strategy development and facilitation support.
