Shaping Change as it develops
How HR / OD and Change Management Disciplines differ, learn from each other and work together.
Businesses are experiencing change at unprecedented rates, with new systems, structures, direction and schemes rolling out to increasingly time poor audiences.
The role that Human Resource Specialists / Organisational Development Professionals and Change Managers play as strategic partners can be unclear.
Positioned to shape the change as it develops, support employees through change, and influence leaders to successfully lead and drive change, how can all these disciplines work together effectively?
Join us with our panel of experts representing QSuper, AHRI and CMI, (details to follow once confirmed) as we unpack our toolkits to share the best of each discipline and look at how shared resources and approaches can benefit us as practitioners and our clients and colleagues.
