Panellist: Amanda Spencer
With over 19 years’ experience working within various capacities, which include both Business Partnering, Strategy, Leadership and Talent Management positions Amanda has a comprehensive understanding of modern day HR including HR Technology and Strategic Talent Resourcing. Amanda spent over 5 years leading the Talent Acquisition Strategy for The Star Group in Queensland & worked across Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership for AMP, Michael Hill & Galiko.
Panellist: Illeesha Carroll
Illeesha is an experienced Resourcing Consultant with over ten years’ experience working in the financial services industry. As the Resourcing Specialist for the largest superannuation fund by membership in Queensland – Sunsuper, Illeesha manages the day-to-day operations and performance of Sunsuper's recruitment and selection function, leading and driving new processes and systems. In this role Illeesha also oversees the candidate experience & attraction strategies in a very competitive talent market.

As a HRIS Systems and HR & Payroll Operations specialist Berni specialises in the implementation and configuration of HR Systems, integrating them into the workplace to meet and align business objectives. Berni is responsible for the HR Digital Transformation in her current role as Group Manager – HR and HRIS for JBS - Australia's meat and exporter which employs more than 12,000 people across Australia in a wide range of specialist roles. Berni has also previously held senior People & capability roles leading the development and implementation of National talent & people strategies for Bendigo Bank, APHS & Uniting Care.
