Tony has been a pioneer in the people analytics field for over 25 years. Working across all areas of HR with deep experience in Analytics, Workforce Planning, Strategic HR, Industrial Relations, Recruiting, Learning & Performance Management, Tony creatively blends generalist HR skills and technology.
After 10+ years of HR in the public sector, Tony led analytics adoption services for Infohrm customers in Australia and then ran Workforce Analytics & Planning Product Management at SAP SuccessFactors and SAP.
Tony is passionate about creating new technologies to help harness the power of people and is currently Chief Product Officer at One Model.
