Our workforce's are constantly on edge and stressed.

As custodians of the culture of our organisation and owners of the employee experience, we often ask ourselves:  What works to keep our workforce engaged? What‘s working in other HR and OD teams?

In this online forum the panel will share how different companies across different industries are delivering critical messages and engaging with their workforce remotely in this new world.  In this session the panel will drive the conversation on what’s working and not working right now.
