As custodians of the culture of our organisation and owners of the employee experience, we often ask ourselves: What works to keep our workforce engaged? What‘s working in other HR and OD teams?
In this online forum the panel will share how different companies across different industries are delivering critical messages and engaging with their workforce remotely in this new world. In this session the panel will drive the conversation on what’s working and not working right now.

A seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience (three with Slater & Gordon), Carolyn has held HR leadership roles with some of Australia's best known companies including Jetstar Airways, Coles Group, Pacific Brands, Foster’s & Oz Minerals.
Commercially minded, she is focused on pragmatic and practical solutions. Carolyn is passionate about partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic outcomes by supporting people to be their best. Her specialist areas are strategy, talent management, transformation and change. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from LaTrobe University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nikki has a passion for helping people and organisations perform at their best, leading her to deliver tangible commercial success for businesses across multiple industries in Australia and the UK by taking a systemic and holistic approach to culture change.
By combining her professional expertise in HR, with an ongoing academic career in Positive Psychology at Uni. of Melbourne, she strives to bridge the gap between what science knows, and what business does.
