Hays Barometer Report - A snapshot of mental health, wellbeing and ED&I
In the new Barometer Report, Hays presents a snapshot of how employers are acting to protect the mental health and wellbeing of their staff and how employers mental health and well being currently stands. This report comes from a survey project conducted in August 2020 – Where over 4000 surveys were completed with 966 being employers and 3000+ employees.
Join Kathryn from Hays Recruitment as she presents to you the key findings and including:

Speaker: Kathryn McWilliams - Section Manager, Hays Recruitment
Kathryn joined Hays in 2011, specialising in the recruitment of Office Support within the Public Sector and managing the Office Support Team. In July 2017 Kathryn has taken management of Human Resource and more recently includes Marketing recruitment and oversees the account management of Public Sector recruitment for the Northern Territory Office. Kathryn is a recruiting expert with exceptional knowledge of local, state and federal governments, non-government organisations tertiary education, not for profits and associations.
Prior to her career in recruitment, Kathryn has over 10 years in Sales and Marketing experience primarily within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Kathryn has a strong understanding of the Darwin market both public and private sectors and actively plays part in many local networking associations and formally held the role of President of the Australian Institute of Office Professionals and have sat on other associations boards including Business Professional Women Northern Territory.
Kathryn has a solid reputation locally for her consultancy approach to recruitment, for going the extra mile to gain a strong understanding of both a candidate and a client’s needs in order to place the right person in the right job every time. She embodies the Hays values and often receives feedback to support this, relying on strong relationships built with key personnel across the Territory. As the Section Manager within the Darwin office, her main focus is for developing and managing key Client accounts, ensuring a high level of service delivery across the business.
