Sydney Water’s two-year, evidence-based award-winning wellbeing program

“Making wellbeing a part of how we do business.”

James Wallace from Sydney Water will share the research-led insights directly responsible for this program winning best WHS campaign at the 2019 Australian Psychological Society Awards.

This is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Gain insights from Sydney Water’s research and program and apply them to your own context and teams
  • Learn how to bring Psychosocial Safety Climate to life and make wellbeing a part of your organisations culture
  • Participate in discussions with industry peers about trends in mental health and wellbeing
