Respect, resilience and resistance: Reducing employee-targeted dysfunctional customer behaviour (Trial Results)

icare NSW (icare) is the guest presenter at this Forum. Andrew Ellery, Program Manager Community Impact at icare NSW will present the results and insights from icare’s recent research-driven trial to stamp out customer aggression in the retail and hospitality sectors.

This Forum will cover:

  • icare’s results and insights from its intervention program trial with the Reject Shop and KFC
  • Facilitated panel session with icare and McDonald’s to discuss how the deployment of different programs is achieving its goals of reducing employee-targeted dysfunctional customer behaviour

  • Gain insights into how to apply lessons from icare’s research and program trial to your own context with your own teams
  • Learn about state-wide trends in mental health and wellbeing issues
