How to get culture change right
Culture is once again centre stage in discussions about corporate responsibility and corporate performance. But, whilst many are quick to point a finger at it, far fewer can describe it, or know how to change it.
This session explores the process of cultural change within organisations and makes a case for a more practical approach. An approach that considers an organisation’s systems and processes as cultural artifacts. Artifacts: as important as an organisation’s values for delivering real and sustained cultural change.
Speaker: Jeremy Salter, Customer Success Manager, Achievers
Jeremy has over 20 years’ hands-on experience in the field of employee recognition, reward, and performance. He combines this with a professional and academic interest in human behaviour.
