Better performance management practices: a case study at EY & NSW Treasury Corporation
Much has been written about the need to evolve performance management process and conversation, yet rich and practical insight into what might replace traditional approaches can be hard to find.
Ernst and Young has implemented such a contemporary methodology, and Amy Benger, HR Lead, will share her experience deploying and delivering this new framework.
Our second case study looks at the NSW Government's TCorp and their journey toward a ratings-less performance system. They provide a nice contrast to EY – much smaller, starting from an inconsistent and less ‘mature’ approach, and yet just as innovative and interesting.
Whether your organisation is just starting to consider a new approach or well along such a journey, you are sure to benefit from this case study into one of the world’s leading HR teams approach to better performance management.
