Building a Coaching Culture for Change Management
This presentation is designed for HR, OD and L&D professionals who are being asked by their businesses to help drive organisational change, as well as professional coaches. It will share the key findings from the latest global joint study from the Human Capital Institute and the International Coach Federation ‘Building a Coaching Culture for Change Management'. The study has found that leaders and HR/OD/L&D professionals rate coaching as the most effective way to support successful change management initiatives.
The presenters will address the key elements organisations need to consider when building coaching cultures, how this helps drive effective organisational change, and ideas on how to gain executive buy-in for coaching culture programs. They will bring all of this to life with real-world examples from the Australian market.
