Speaker: Adam Smith, Founder, The Everyone Project
The Everyone Project is a tool for organisations to measure and report on their diversity and inclusion in a manner that is comprehensive, respectful and inclusive whilst also being quick and easy, private and secure.
The Everyone Project combines two of Adam’s key professional passions: diversity and inclusion and evidence driven action. He launched The Everyone Project after more than twenty years working in the international film and television industry.
This included over a decade as a senior executive for Warner Bros. working throughout Europe, Asia and North America growing a feature film business driven by diverse talent and audiences. Adam holds BA, LLB and MBA degrees and still occasionally practices as a lawyer.
The Everyone Project is a newly established ‘for purpose’ benefit corporation. Its mission is to build stronger, more successful communities, organisations and industries by helping everyone put their hand up and be counted.
