With all that 2020 has thrown at us, the landscape of business in Australia is changing, the way our workforce is represented is changing and unemployment rates are growing.

Workplace diversity has the power to instil feelings of belonging, to increase profits, lead to more innovation, drive better decisions and make teams more productive.

Join us in our upcoming event and hear first-hand from our panel on how Diversity & Inclusion can help drive your teams’ culture, improve business performance and help real people find purpose in the workplace.

Join our panel members and gain insight into each stage of the process – Workplace Implementation, Systems & Technology and Real-World Application.

This forum is suitable for:

HR Practitioners of all career levels, specifically in the roles of:
 - Diversity & Inclusion
 - HR Business partners
 - HR Systems
 - Recruitment
 - Workforce planning
 - Or anyone with an interest in Diversity & Inclusion

Speaker: Adam Smith, Founder, The Everyone Project

The Everyone Project is a tool for organisations to measure and report on their diversity and inclusion in a manner that is comprehensive, respectful and inclusive whilst also being quick and easy, private and secure.

The Everyone Project combines two of Adam’s key professional passions: diversity and inclusion and evidence driven action. He launched The Everyone Project after more than twenty years working in the international film and television industry.

This included over a decade as a senior executive for Warner Bros. working throughout Europe, Asia and North America growing a feature film business driven by diverse talent and audiences. Adam holds BA, LLB and MBA degrees and still occasionally practices as a lawyer.

The Everyone Project is a newly established ‘for purpose’ benefit corporation. Its mission is to build stronger, more successful communities, organisations and industries by helping everyone put their hand up and be counted.

Speaker: Bill Armstrong, Manager: People & Culture, Castle Personnel

By putting Inclusion first Castle Personnel can open up a world of possibilities for everyone. They believe in a world where every person is able to contribute to society, and understand what it takes to transform the lives of the people they support.

Bill's focus is on ensuring more inclusive communities and more diverse workplaces (equity in employment opportunity). He has had a long career specialising in the fields of: Human Resource Management, People & Culture, Employee Relations and Talent Management.
