NSW L&D Network
The events of 2020 have forced many of us into new ways of working and living. This has happened at scale and at pace. As this becomes our temporary normal, many teams and leaders are adjusting their ways of working in response. There is no doubt that many aspects of life and work have been challenging. There are also many ways in which leaders and teams are developing new capabilities that have challenged assumptions and opened up new possibilities, such as:
- getting work done asynchronously
- reducing the amount or length of meetings
- more transparent conversations about the welfare and wellbeing of team members
There is an opportunity to go back to the office better as a result of the lessons that we are learning through this testing time. This session will be interactive, educational, and practical. We will explore what was, what is and what will be for our teams. We will also share a framework for you to design a way for those benefits to last after life returns to its new normal.
This forum is suitable for:
HR Practitioners of mid to senior career level, specifically in the roles of:
- Organisational Development
- HR Business partners
- Learning & Development
