Camille has over 10 years leading Employee Experience initiatives, Business Partnering and Operational Support roles.
Over the last two years, Camille has combined her corporate career with her passion of helping people to re-think their views on mental health.
Now, Camille has a burning ambition to raise the profile of psychological safety in the workplace, highlighting the connection it has with employee engagement and the connection it has with achieving business success.
Camille presented as a keynote speaker on the state of mental health in corporate Australia and the need to move from reactive to preventative care, including the Workplace Mental Health Symposium 2019 and the Wellbeing @ Work Conference 2019.
The focus of her business is education, keynote speaking engagements, consulting, change management strategy, designing and delivering workplace programs to up skill employees in emotional intelligence, mental resilience, and leadership workshops.
