State of Mind Training to Lift Performance
State of Mind Training is a field of practice that significantly lifts performance across a
broad range of areas, from organisations wanting to build more effective, cohesive teams,
to start ups wanting to attract and retain high performers and build a highly functional
culture into their DNA. The tools allow people to perform at their best under pressure,
whether that be at critical high-stakes moments, with the everyday challenges of the
corporate world or with life in general. By removing the ‘noise’, the sometimes incessant
chatter of the inner critic, participants can do what they’ve been trained to do, whatever
their field, with heightened focus, productivity and resilience.
This session will be interactive and experiential and you will come away with a number of
tools that you can readily apply within your existing day to day routines. Our speaker,
Samantha Graham, will outline some of the basic science underpinning their efficacy, and
you will experience the inseparable connection between mind, body and breath.
To best tailor the session to your needs, our Speaker would appreciate you
undertaking a 1 minute, 1 question survey (literally!) right here.
There will be structured networking from 5.30pm with the presentations starting at 6.00pm
sharp. This will be followed by facilitated table discussions around the topic for a 7.30pm
Our theme this year is “Thinking differently about L&D” so if you’re a professional who is
interested in innovative ways to develop your people for high performance come along.
You will not only hear from guest speakers who are leaders their respective fields, but will
also enjoy the time and space to have (facilitated and ad hoc!) discussions with like-
minded professionals to share ideas and experiences around how to apply these ideas
back at work.
