Speaker: Kristy Duffy, Director, Awareness Co.
Having held Senior Leadership roles within People and Culture for small and large corporates, Kristy co-founded Awareness Co. to channel her passion of supporting people through change. Her mission as Director is to provide people with the tools and strategies that will allow them to flourish and be the best version of themselves.
Kristy has completed a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and is an accredited Strengths Practitioner, believing that creating awareness of strengths allows us to better know ourselves, be happier, build positive relationships and perform better in a career we enjoy.
With University qualifications and 20 years of experience in Human Resources, building resilience and understanding the impact of Mental Health and wellbeing in the workplace is a key focus and growing area of interest where Kristy can support leaders to make a real impact.
