Sharing Mercer’s Global and Australian 2020 Talent Trends research results and discuss how these trends and theme relate to HR and Business Leaders in shaping people strategies and plans for the coming years.
It’s a highly interactive session that enables participants to discuss the study findings and reflect their relevance and impact on their organisation and HR practices.
Attendees will gain latest insights into 2020 Global Talent Trends (including deep dives about Australian data). They can leverage these insights to shape their people agendas

Speaker: Ephraim Patrick, Partner – People Strategy, Analytics and Organisation, Mercer
Ephraim managers clients and projects in the Pacific region, along with key member of the global Community of Practice.
Before moving to Australia he was heading the EMEA Human Capital Strategy practice and has developed and implemented people strategies and plans with HR and Business Executives in various industries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.
He has 18+ years in HR management and consulting covering workforce analytics and planning, organisation design, HR and cultural transformation, M&A and post-merger integration - on a local and global level.
Before joining Mercer he was VP HR Strategy and Structure for a European multinational company.
Ephraim holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (UK) as well as a Degree in Business Administration and Educational Science (Germany). He is a University Innovation Fellow (Stanford University), lectures at Business Schools and coaches MBA and PhD students.
