Workplace Wellbeing

This forum will be an interactive forum on how wellbeing impacts our emotional intelligence and the importance of this in the workplace.

Attending this forum, you will gain an understanding of the difference between acute and chronic stress in our body. Additionally, how lifestyle factors such as thoughts, breath, hydration, nutrition, sleep and movement are all at play influencing our stress levels and ultimately our experience of life and ability to perform and engage optimally.

    Speaker: Guy Lambert, Owner, G-Life Australia

    Australian based holistic coach and facilitator, Guy Lambert has a unique blend of business and health related degrees and experience. Guy has worked in demanding business environments, rehabilitation and also coached and trained people around the globe for almost 20 years.
     
    He currently lectures in leadership and management at the University of Wollongong College and runs a coaching business focusing on holistic health, wellbeing, emotional intelligence and personal development.
