Speaker: Leesa Tongoulidis, Founder, Human Art
Leesa is a certified executive coach, business mentor and facilitator with extensive experience in culture, leadership, talent, succession planning and workforce strategy. She is a natural connector and a collaborator with a flair for helping people and organisations navigate complex change.
With over two decades of experience in front line and senior HR leadership roles across multiple sectors, she has developed a deep understanding of the systems, people practices and operating circumstances that underpin success. Her coaching approach encompasses adaptive leadership practices and deep self-reflection including strengths assessment, values, purpose, reimagining skills, capabilities, resume writing and brand management. She has worked with executives, leaders and employees at all stages of the career transition life cycle and is sensitive to the personal and commercial impact that this change often brings.
Deep listening is a skill that Leesa has been honing over the last 5 years and she sees this as crucial not only in her work as a coach and business consultant, but a critical life skill. Her current career goal is to deepen her knowledge and skills in the field of mental health, emotional literacy and embodied learning. The future of work is something Leesa is extremely passionate about. She envisions a huge organisational and cultural paradigm shift where career transition skills, learning to unlearn and relearn, personal development and people strategy will be hypercritical in helping people transform and adapt to new ways of thinking, working and living.
