The State of HR Data
HR data has been described as fragmented, unreliable, siloed, dysfunctional, and many other less than complimentary terms.
The real issue is the negative impact this is having and the lack of executive confidence for HR metrics and analytics.
In short, poor data is an impediment to strategic HR.
As HR now enters the digital era, good data is critical for HR’s credibility and the ability to use new predictive modelling tools.
We also face, new challenges associated with data privacy especially the influence of GDPR legislation in Europe and the issue of data ownership and retention restrictions.
This session will look for solutions to data problems and discuss new data architecture concepts, integration issues and the impact of blockchain on future data management.
This is an opportunity for HR professionals involved in the management, analysis or strategic use of data to share their views, network with experts and learn from their colleagues.
The session will be facilitated by Marc Dalmulder, from Oracle, and introduced by SAP's Marc Havercroft FCPHR.
Marc Dalmulder, Director, Product Management, Oracle
Marc Havercroft FCPHR, COO & Vice President Strategy - HCM Cloud & Digital Strategy and Transformation, SAP SuccessFactors
