What do you do when someone comes to you in tears and talks about an alleged historical harassment situation? How do you start to approach this discussion and next steps in a suitable way? How could you collect facts when no one else was a witness? Can you take your existing culture and shift it to support zero tolerance policies?
The Panel will take a fictional case study on sexual harassment and approach it from the perspective of the HR Professionals who will approach the issue in two ways. Then the Workplace Investigator will share their perspective on the situation. Our Cultural Expert will discuss how to manage the workplace culture in this complex space. We will also have a cameo appearance by our Legal Guru to guide us through the complexities that arise.
