Behavioural Insights for HR
This half-day workshop is for junior and senior HR professionals. The workshop’s aims are to help HR professionals
1) access valuable insights having to do with human behaviour
2) consider how they use evidence in making decisions, and
3) kick-start changes in their organisations.
The event’s schedule involves a series of UNSW-affiliated expert speakers, followed by rotating small group discussion, and then a premium catered lunch.
This workshop is a joint project of the UNSW Business School’s Strategic HR Series and BIBAP network, and AHRI’s NSW Emerging HR Professionals network.
