Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
ADR enables disputes to be resolved at the lowest appropriate level often with no need for escalation. Attendees will gain an understanding of what ADR is and how it can be used to resolve workplace disputes.
Speaker: Sue Brereton, Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist, TAFE NSW
Sue joined TAFE NSW in late 2017 to develop and implement an Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
