Running a consulting and coaching practice for nearly 15 years has taught Susan Rochester a lot about balance. Running a practice called Balance at Work also means Susan is constantly reminded - and asked about - 'work-life' balance.
In this session, Susan will challenge us to think differently about balance and what it means to us, our teams and our organisations or clients. More importantly, Susan will guide us through research, practical tips and tools to help us find more balance in work and life.
Learn how to identify and act on the areas of imbalance that most affect you.
This forum is suitable for:
All HR professionals of all career level and roles.
Speaker: Susan Rochester, Founder and Managing Director, Balance at Work Pty Ltd
Susan co-founded Balance at Work Pty Ltd in July 2006, with a plan to find and share practical ways to improve our working lives. Susan has decades of experience working in HR, consulting and coaching across various industries.
Susan's tendency to balance analytical thinking with an optimistic outlook makes it natural for her to solve problems and provide direction. This balance makes her an effective facilitator, strategic advocate and coach who constantly creates new and more effective ways of doing things because she's motivated by her desire to help others.
