Speaker: Chris Lamb, LendLease
Chris Lamb is Global Head of Organisational Development at Lendlease. He has been with Lendlease for more than eleven years and is responsible for Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing. Chris has been a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) for over 15 years. He is a Certified Practising Fellow (FCPHR) and member of the AHRI National President's Forum and a member of AHRI’s Inclusion & Diversity Reference Panel. In 2015 Chris received AHRI’s Diversity Champion Award.
Prior to Lendlease, he spent seven years working for American Express, the last three of which were in London with responsibility for the UK, Ireland & Eastern Europe. Chris spent the first 10 years of his career at Westpac, initially in Retail Banking and then in senior Human Resources and Corporate roles.
He is a graduate of Cornell University's Centre for Advanced Human Resources Studies (CAHRS), INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and he completed postgraduate studies in Business at UTS (Sydney) in 1999. Chris is also a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). In 2018 Chris completed further postgraduate education in Aboriginal Studies.
Chris is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist on diversity and inclusion and the future of workplace.
Speaker: Cheryl Rae, CAMILLA
Cheryl Rae is a People and Culture Professional who believes in the power of human connection and seeks to help others be all that they can be.
She is currently the People and Culture Director at the iconic Australian & internationally expanding brand, CAMILLA. Here she has amplified the company’s ethos and values and implemented greater focus on internal staff development as well as health and well-being. Previous to this, she held numerous senior leadership roles across the retail and FMCG sectors spanning over 25 very colourful years both in Australia and South Africa.
A mother of two, a yoga and wellness advocate, and a NSW State Councillor for AHRI - she hails from the tip of South Africa, and now calls Sydney’s slow-paced northern beaches her home and happy place.
