Why projects go wrong

In many organisations, the drive to automate HR processes along with provide greater employee engagement and insights is driving an unprecedented array of vendors providing solutions and companies setting out to adopt these solutions. Billions of dollars a year are spent on IT System projects with a promise of greater efficiencies, better retention of employees, reduced FTE and an overall return on investment for the company. But the reality is that over 50% of these projects fail to deliver on time, on budget or fall significantly short of delivering the expected benefits. 1 in 6 of these failed projects suffer all three poor outcomes. This Webinar is aimed at providing insights into why so many projects fail to deliver and what HR should be doing when setting out to deliver a HR system project. Structure - Who are the stakeholders - What each stakeholder actually cares about - Stakeholder engagement - Time, Cost and Quality - Critical Success Factors - What is Governance - Project planning
