ACT Workforce Planning Network
The Australian Public Service (APS) Centre of Excellence for Workforce Planning supports APS agencies in developing robust workforce planning approaches and capability. Co-designed with senior APS workforce planning practitioners, hear about how the Centre was developed to provide an agile approach to maturing workforce planning capability across the APS.
