‘Ask the experts’ AHRI Informal Networking Event
2019 is shaping up to be an interesting year – with a federal election on the horizon, many leaders will be faced with new and sometimes unpredictable workforce challenges. How do I effectively manage a machinery of government (MOG) change? What really is the best way to mobilise my talent? How can I help my people navigate change and build resilience? How can I ensure I achieve my own career outcomes when there is so much uncertainty?
What are the questions that are keeping you up at night?
This event will be a relaxed networking session where there will be opportunities to hear the ideas of some of our senior Canberra leaders on the strategies they have worked for them in times of change – and catch up with your fellow HR professionals over a light breakfast and share your own insights on what’s worked for you.
This event will be applicable to everyone who is seeking a relaxed space to connect with others and learn from shared experiences.
