Organisational Development: the cornerstone for operating model design – case examples and your future-state organisation

In this forum, participants will review a series of case studies examining the ways in which organisations can utilise organisational development to define and create a better future state of their operations. This will include issues that organisations have encountered, methods put in place to address these and benefits/lessons learned from the results.

Discussion will also be focused on how your organisation might start to apply these methods.

Speaker: Mary McGeoch, Manager, Operations, Ernst &Young
