Innovations in Talent Analytics
With the explosion of talent data in the past 30 years, HR is increasing investments in collecting, managing and analysing data assets. However, most organisations are not yet realising value from their analytics investments. Business leaders report that they neither trust nor use HR data. What can be done to close this gap? Aaron McEwan, Advisory Leader for CEB's HR Practice, will explore the innovative ways organisations are collaborating with the business to define analytics priorities, build analytics skills in the HR team, and leverage new data and tools to offer prescriptive business insights. He will also share best practice case studies from leading analytics organisations. Participants will be able to identify the metrics and competencies (individual and organisational) that matter most to drawing value from analytics investments.
After the event we invite people to the Clarendon Hotel for some further discussion and networking.
Speaker: Aaron McEwan, Advisory Leader, HR Practice, CEB
